📄 General Policy


Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on clothing items once an order has been delivered.



📐 Sizing & Product Information


We strongly encourage customers to carefully review the size chart and product descriptions before placing an order.

🛠 Damaged or Defective Items


Refunds or replacements are only available if the item you receive is damaged or defective.


To be eligible, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide:

 • clear photos of the item showing the issue,

 • photos of the original packaging.


Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.



🚫 Exceptions


• We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection.

• Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible.

• Requests submitted after the 3-day reporting period will not be accepted.



🇪🇺 EU Customer Notice


In accordance with Article 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.
